These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumix Digital website and the Lumix Lead Rescue demonstration.
Lead Rescue Demonstration
The Lumix Lead Rescue demo is designed to demonstrate how a missed-call follow-up system can respond to a caller after a business is unable to answer the phone.
To participate, you call the demo number and hear a verbal disclosure. You must actively press 1 to consent to receive the demonstration text messages.
SMS Terms
By pressing 1 after hearing the verbal SMS disclosure, you agree to receive up to two automated SMS messages from Lumix Digital for the purpose of demonstrating the missed-call follow-up workflow.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency is limited to the requested demonstration.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No Guarantee of Results
The demonstration is provided for informational and evaluation purposes. Lumix Digital does not guarantee that use of a missed-call follow-up system will produce a specific number of leads, customers, sales, or revenue.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the demo, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited communications.
Availability
The demonstration may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
